Have you read that book yet? The culprit and the cure? It has some common sense stuff in it, like: Don't be a fat lazy lard. Other things you may not have known: heart disease has been shown to start in kids as young as 5 years old! It recommends at LEAST 30 minutes of good exercise each day (all 7 days!). I will do a write up on it when the book is finished.
