I have been running for 15 minutes a day for a week, and then upped it to 30 minutes a week. Then i lift afterwards. Upper body one day, lower body the next. for the next 2 months i will do low weights, with high repetitions. get my muscles back into the lifting mode :)
I have lost five pounds in two weeks.
